Booking cancellations of temporary workstations, day passes and meeting rooms are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time slot. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked appointment, the full price (100%) will be charged. No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations and will not be refunded. Rebooking is possible subject to availability up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of Events: Up to 30 days before the event: free of charge. 29 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the agreed total amount. Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total amount. Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
